Access: From Ashland, head out Dead Indian Memorial Road until Buckhorn Springs Rd on your right. Follow this road, then left onto Tyler Creek, and then right on Baldy Creek Rd to the PCT trailhead, over a fairly long slow and rutted gravel road. Take the PCT South (to your right, which actually heads west in this section of the trail) for some magnificent views and a great hike right in the center of Soda Mountain Wilderness.
