Access: Head out Highway 66 from Ashland to the Greensprings summit, and take a left at Old Hyatt Prairie road, toward Little Hyatt Lake. Drive to just below the lake where the PCT crosses the road, and there is a parking trailhead on your left. On your right, head north on the PCT, across the road from where you parked, toward the Wildcat campground on Hyatt Lake. One of the better wildflower hikes we've run into, with fritillaria and if the conditions are right, some fungal delights.
