Access: From the Greensprings summit of Highway 66, take the Soda Mountain road to your right down to the PCT trailhead. Note this is also the parking area for getting to Hobart Bluff, a short ways north on the PCT from here. Take the PCT south and after a short while there is a trail leading up to Soda Mountain and the old fire lookout, no longer staffed thanks to digital technology. Come back down to the PCT, and continue south, calmboring up Little Pilot Peak for some great views.
