Head out Highway 66 to the Greensprings summit, and take a right turn onto Soda Mountain Rd. Follow it down to where the PCT crosses the road. Park and head north up the trail to your left. It's a short hike, and pretty popular with families, that rewards with a great view from the bluff on top.
